In 2014, Family Pride partnered with A Chance for Children (based in Los Angeles) and Kinetico, Inc. to bring the agency’s clients and community together to support literacy and provide a safe, serene location for adults and children impacted by mental illness. The library is available to clients and community members to get a book, read a book, and give a book back. As a family-focused agency, Family Pride offers its Little Free Library to encourage reading for both children and adults individually as well as together as a family. Please consider donating new or gently used children, youth or family friendly books so that our little free library can continue to connect families together with reading.
